Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping older adolescents and adults navigate ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, addiction, and major life transitions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or simply stuck, you don’t have to face it alone.

I believe healing begins in a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported. My goal is to understand your unique experiences, strengths, and goals while helping you develop practical strategies that create meaningful, lasting change.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in both medical and behavioral health settings, I understand that emotional well being affects every aspect of life. I take a personalized, evidence based approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, strengths-based therapy, and trauma-informed care to meet your individual needs.

Therapy is not about having all the answers. It is about having a space where you can safely explore challenges, build on your strengths, and move forward with confidence. Whether you’re seeking support for everyday stress or working through more complex emotional experiences, I will work alongside you to help you achieve your goals at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and personalized to your unique needs and goals. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing, so I work alongside you to develop practical strategies that support meaningful, lasting change. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, strengths-based therapy, and trauma-informed care to help you build resilience, improve coping skills, and gain confidence in navigating life’s challenges. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths, identify obstacles, and create realistic goals that support your emotional well-being and overall quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, explore your current concerns, review relevant aspects of your history, and discuss what you hope to achieve through therapy.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. My priority is creating a welcoming, supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace.

Together, we’ll identify your goals, build on your strengths, and develop a personalized treatment plan that reflects your unique needs and priorities. By the end of our first session, my hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and confident that you don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
