Every individual is different, so the treatment approach I use depends on the situation. I am well-versed in different treatment modalities and have deep knowledge of chronic pain, trauma, anxiety, and depression, among other areas. I enjoy sharing with my clients the tenents of Lifestyle Medicine, which are the everyday things we can do to live a healthier and happier life. I also like to make our time together collaborative, meaning that we work as a team to achieve the results you want.

We'll work together to create goals for therapy and figure out the best steps to meet those goals. In therapy, I like to provide a lot of information about the topics we discuss, so rather than just telling you what to do, I guide you understand what is happenning and what would be helpful in a given situation.
