Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health professional committed to providing a supportive and compassionate space for individuals seeking healing and personal growth. My background includes training in helping clients navigate stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. I take a client-centered approach, recognizing the importance of each person’s unique experiences, culture, and values in the therapeutic process. My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. I work collaboratively with clients to develop practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and support meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and compassionate. I work to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves openly and honestly. I integrate evidence-based practices to help individuals develop practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and navigate life’s challenges more effectively. I aim to empower clients by helping them develop awareness, self-understanding, clarity, and build healthier patterns in their lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to focus on getting to know one another and establishing a comfortable, supportive environment. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, any current concerns, and the goals you hope to achieve through counseling. I will ask questions about your background, life experiences, and support systems to better understand your needs. This session gives you the opportunity to ask questions about the therapy process and how we might work together. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, respected, and supported as we begin the therapeutic journey.
