Anxiety can feel overwhelming - but there are ways to manage it! I want to help turn the volume down on your anxiety and intrusive thoughts so that you can live the life you want. I like to use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and Mindfulness to help reduce and manage your anxiety. I am now currently accepting new clients via tele-health!

My approach to therapy

I like to incorporate tools in my practice so that you have something concrete to work with. My goal is for your to have easy anxiety-reducing tools and techniques to use anytime and anywhere. For the past 5 years, my practice has been focused on helping people manage anxiety. I have trained with some of the top anxiety specialists in the field.
