Great to meet you!
Even without the stigma around mental health/therapy, reaching out can still feel like a big, vulnerable step, especially if you’re used to being the one who holds everything together for everyone else. It can be hard to shift from that role and admit you might need support, too. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained from trying to keep up with expectations, relationships, or all the different roles you carry—you’re not alone. A lot of the people I work with come in feeling the same way.
I’m a Clinical Psychologist with over nine years of experience, including both my doctoral training and post-licensure work. I’ve always been drawn to understanding human behavior, especially how our relationships, cultural backgrounds, and the systems we’re part of shape the way we see ourselves and connect with others. My own identities and lived experiences have played a meaningful role in guiding me toward this work.
As a South Asian psychologist and 1.5-generation immigrant, I’m especially attuned to how cultural values, family dynamics, systems, and unspoken expectations can influence identity, self-worth, and the ways we show up in relationships.
