Great to meet you!

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, values, and goals. I work with late teens, adults, and couples from all backgrounds, and I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable being honest and open to exploring new perspectives. For clients who desire it, I thoughtfully integrate biblical principles, prayer, and Scripture with evidence-based clinical practice.

My approach to therapy

No two people come to counseling with the same experiences or goals, so I don't take a one-size-fits-all approach. We'll work together to identify what's contributing to your current challenges, build on your strengths, and create a treatment plan that fits your unique circumstances. Depending on your needs, I may draw from Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT), Focus Marital Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Throughout the process, my goal is to balance compassion with honest feedback, help you gain insight, develop practical skills, and make lasting change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll talk about what's bringing you to counseling, explore the challenges you are facing, and discuss what you hope to accomplish through therapy.

You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions about my approach, and if we decide to move forward together, we'll develop a treatment plan that's personalized to your goals and reflects what matters most to you.
