Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in NY and have worked with different populations throughout my counseling career. I worked with clients with substance use history. I worked in a school setting as a mental health counselor for K-5th grade students. I've also worked with couples, families, and individuals (teenagers to adults) at a private practice. I specialize in couples therapy, family relationship, and individuals in different stages of life.

My approach to therapy

I try to build as strong foundation with my clients as possible. Building a firm, rooted counseling foundation enables me, the therapist, to be as authentic and real for you, the client. It's especially important, because you have the power and answer to overcome all that you bring to counseling sessions.

What you can expect from me

I expect clients to find more value in who they are and knowing how much power that they hold in their everyday life. My goal is to create an environment that will enable you to feel comfortable, confident, and authentic to be able to reach your goals and desires in therapy.
