Great to meet you!
I work with men who are burned out, overwhelmed, or starting to feel disconnected from the people and parts of life that matter most.
You may be getting through the workday, taking care of responsibilities, and doing what everyone expects of you, but privately feeling exhausted, irritable, unmotivated, or unsure of yourself. Maybe work follows you home. Maybe you are physically present with your family but mentally somewhere else. Maybe you have spent so much time being dependable for everyone else that you are no longer sure what you need or where your own life is headed.
Therapy with me is a place to step back, sort through what is weighing on you, and figure out what needs to change. We will look at the patterns, pressures, and expectations that may be keeping you stuck. I will ask direct questions, help you put words to what has been difficult to explain, and work with you to develop practical steps that fit your life.
I often help men who are struggling with burnout, anxiety, overthinking, fatherhood, relationship strain, career pressure, loss of direction, or questions about identity and purpose. You do not need to be in crisis, and you do not need to have the perfect explanation for why things feel off. Sometimes you simply know that the way you have been living is no longer working.
My approach is calm, structured, and down to earth. I have worked in mental health since 2013, including many years in inpatient psychiatric care, and I am comfortable helping people navigate difficult situations without judgment or unnecessary clinical language.
The goal is not to turn you into someone different. It is to help you understand what is draining you, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and direction.
