Great to meet you!

Dr. Reyna is a Texas native. He attended Baylor University for his undergraduate degree in Psychology. He then attended the University of North Texas where he obtained his Master's in Psychology and Doctorate in Counseling Psychology. He completed his pre-doctoral internship at Central Washington University and his post-doctoral fellowship at Great Life Counseling Center in Addison, Texas. He is a Licensed Psychologist and has been in independent practice in Carrollton, Texas since.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Dr. Reyna is a generalist by training, meaning he is capable of working with a broad range of presenting concerns. He tends to work best with clients who have issues with mood (e.g., depression), anxiety, emotion dysregulation, relationships, career, grief/loss, trauma, gender, sexuality, and personality. While working with individuals and couples he uses an integrated approach incorporating scientifically-supported therapies. He also specializes in career counseling.

What you can expect from our first session

Please know that I am accepting and value wherever each person is in their process. You can expect a warm, non-judgmental space to talk about your presenting concerns freely. Let us work together to refocus your life and get you moving in the direction you want. I work with clients to build insight into their issues, think differently, and develop new ways of dealing with their issues.
