Great to meet you!

I've been in private practice for the past 23 years, and I've been a full-time school counselor for the past 29 years. I have a Master's degree in Counseling from Boston University and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS) from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. I primarily treat adolescents and adults with depression and anxiety and also have experience treating people on the Autism Spectrum and those with OCD. I specialize in school-related issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is primarily solution-focused, focusing on clients' strengths and the things they're already doing or have done to help improve their situation or condition.
