Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in North Carolina and Hawai'i with over eight years of experience working as a mental health therapist and case manager. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from N.C. State University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Appalachian State University. I have worked with adults who present with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, psychosis, substance abuse, interpersonal relationship issues, and trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapy approach is warm and person-centered, and providing a holistic approach to therapy is my passion. I always meet my clients where they are at. I implement multiple treatment modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and offer safe, inclusive, and often humorous, support so you can move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from our first session

I utilize each client’s strengths to identify solutions and guide them to where they want to be. I will accommodate our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
