As a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional, I am committed to supporting individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward emotional well-being. My practice is grounded in empathy, evidence-based approaches, and a collaborative therapeutic relationship.

With a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling Psychology I bring a solid academic foundation to my clinical work. I am currently a Registered Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, gaining advanced experience.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, collaborative, and rooted in empathy. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I believe that each individual is the expert of their own experience, and I work alongside my clients to help them explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a supportive and respectful environment.
