Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a clinical social worker and family mediator with over 20 years of experience helping people work through sometimes challenging and difficult circumstances. I offer evening and weekend therapy sessions online. I love to ask a lot of questions and get to know you and your perspective. Therapists can spend the quality time you may need to process what you are feeling whether that is for yourself, or for each other in couple's therapy.

My approach to therapy

I am very supportive and will help you at a pace that is comfortable for you. I practice solution focused brief therapy therefore our therapy time will be estimated at 6-10 sessions for one hour each session. Everyone is unique and we will decide together what works best for you and based on your circumstances.

What you can expect from me

I will provide a brief overview, complete an intake of questions, and then we will have time to discuss what you would like to focus on, and how I can best support you. Whether you have been in therapy before, or this is your first time, I assure you it will be supportive and easygoing.
