Great to meet you!

I believe that every person deserves to be happy, and I work to empower my clients to take charge of their life through increased self awareness and attention to patterns. I come to this profession with over 30 years in health care and I love watching people grow and change

My approach to therapy

Family of origin sets the patterns for our lives and how we identify our strengths and challenges. We often carry a narrative of who we are based on how our family saw us, and sometimes that doesn't fit who we want to be or doesn't make us feel very good. I focus heavily on how feelings affect the body, the ways in which we nurture our relationships and hold ourselves to account.

What you can expect from me

With a warm and engaging approach, sessions focus on curiosity, how you came to see things a certain way and exactly what you want from your work with me. You will leave each session with things to think about, and you will gain insight into what is working or not working for you.
