Great to meet you!

If you're between 18 and 45 and you're dealing with anxiety or depression that shows up in your relationships, your habits, or your ability to stay on track, you're exactly who I work with. I'm especially experienced with addiction and relapse prevention, and I understand that recovery isn't linear. I graduated with my Master's in 2023 and have worked with individuals, couples, and families across a range of settings, including anger management and substance-focused groups. I lead with curiosity about who you are, not just what you're struggling with.

My approach to therapy

I'm person-centered and mindfulness-informed, which means I start from where you are, not where I think you should be. If you come in with specific goals, we'll work toward them. If you're still figuring out what you need, that's okay too. I use CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing as tools, but the relationship comes first. I want to understand your history, what's shaped you, and what's keeping you stuck, so we can build something that actually fits your life.

What you can expect from me

We'll spend most of the first session getting to know each other. I'll ask about what brought you in, a little about your background, and what you're hoping for from therapy. I like to understand the fuller picture of who you are before we dive into the hard stuff. You don't need to have everything figured out before you come in. Just show up, and we'll go from there.
