Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Sandy! I have over two decades of experience helping individuals through women's issues, anxiety, grief/ bereavement, and family issues. I support ages 18 and over. I continue to support those impacted by immigration-related trauma, sexual violence, domestic abuse, and generational trauma. I am committed to fostering healing, resilience, and culturally responsive care in all aspects of my practice. I have extensive experience in case management, with a strong focus on cultural sensitivity and diverse populations.

My approach to therapy

I am compassionate and like to get a comprehensive understanding of why you reached out and are seeking therapy. Our conversations will flow naturally. I want you to feel comfortable opening up to me and keep my sessions very conversational. My approach is rooted in person-centered, trauma-informed care. My work integrates practical strategies with deeper insight to support emotional well-being and resilience. I want to empower you to feel in control of your everyday life. Together, we will find the solutions that work best for you.

What you can expect from me

You can expect us to get to know one another through a conversational session. I want to ensure that you are content with the relationship we built and I want you to feel like we are good fit to work with one another! I'm so excited to meet you- book through my calendar to schedule our first session.
