Great to meet you!

After 20 years in corporate America, I decided it was time to pursue what has always been a life goal and become a therapist. I have been a therapist for nine years, and it is my passion to be present professionally with my clients. My fundamental approach is to be supportive and allow them a space for inner growth and to find their truth through self-awareness. I completed a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and have worked with family and children settings.

My approach to therapy

My fundamental approach is humanistic and essential in building a therapeutic alliance with my clients. I foremost treat my clients with respect, and my empath allows me to understand their challenges and life hardships. My business card has a quote that very much describes how I work with my clients, "The one thing that you have that nobody else has is you. Your voice, your mind, your story, your vision, So write and draw and build and play & dance & live as only you can." by Neil Gaiman

What you can expect from me

Overall, I want my clients to process, self-reflect, and have a safe space. The takeaway that I want clients to learn is that it is better to acknowledge your weaknesses and challenges and seek out those who complement them with their strengths.
