Great to meet you!

II’m a licensed counselor in Texas with 14 years of experience in private practice and school settings. As a high school counselor, I’ve supported students, their families, and school staff through challenges like anxiety, depression, self-harm, trauma, eating disorders, self-esteem concerns, relationship struggles, and career decisions. My work has exposed me to a wide variety of clients and counseling areas, and connecting with people of all ages has given me valuable insight into different life situations, helping me grow both personally and professionally in my career.

My approach to therapy

I blend cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, existential, and interpersonal therapy to create a warm, open space where clients can share their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. Taking that first step toward a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and I’m here to walk alongside you in that journey.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, I like to learn about my client by hearing about their background, family, lifestyle, and what led them to seek therapy. If they feel at ease, we may also discuss the goals they’d like to work on during our time together.
