Great to meet you!

I am a therapist and LCSW with over 5 years of experience helping individuals heal, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief & loss, life transitions, immigration challenges, perinatal depression, fertility struggles, and chronic conditions.

I am experienced working with children (10+), adolescents, and adults (18+). Services are offered in English and Spanish.

My approach to therapy

I approach my work with compassion, authenticity, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting my clients navigate life’s challenges and overcome difficult experiences.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s been going on in your life, what's been difficult to carry or navigate on your own and what you're hoping to feel or accomplish. We’ll also explore other areas of your life, such as relationships, strengths, and interest to help guide our work together. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to start. We'll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

By the end of our time together, you'll have a clear sense of whether we're a good fit. If it feels like the right match, we'll begin working together to create a path forward that feels meaningful and achievable for you.
