Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and former middle school teacher. My experience in the classroom shaped how I support clients through the challenges that come with growing up, connecting with others, and handling life’s ups and downs . As a bilingual, first-generation American, I offer inclusive, culturally sensitive care that respects your background and values.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and focused on your strengths. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to support you in gaining clarity and moving forward with confidence. I offer telehealth sessions, as well as walk-and-talk therapy for clients who prefer a more active, outdoor setting. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, or family stress, I’m here to help you on your path to balance and growth

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will take time to get to know each other. I will ask about what is bringing you in, what has been going on lately, and what you are hoping to work on. There’s no pressure to share everything at once, this is your space, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
