Great to meet you!

I'm glad you're here.

Hi, I'm Sandra.

Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may be feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or simply wondering how to move forward. Whether you're navigating a life transition, grief, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck, you don't have to go through it alone.

I believe healing begins when we feel truly heard. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, certified school counselor, and educator, I enjoy helping women, teens, and young adults find hope, healing, and practical tools for life's challenges.

Our first session is simply a conversation. I'll take time to listen, understand your story, and learn what matters most to you. We'll work together at a pace that feels right for you and create goals that fit your unique needs.

Clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling heard, hopeful, and with practical tools they can begin using right away. Some have even shared that therapy feels like talking with a trusted friend while also gaining meaningful insight and growth.

If faith is important to you, I'm happy to thoughtfully integrate Christian faith into our work together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and client-centered. I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, strengths, cultural background, and personal values. I prioritize building a trusting, collaborative relationship where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. For clients who desire it, I thoughtfully integrate spirituality and faith into therapy while remaining grounded in evidence-based practices.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, nonjudgmental, and supportive space to process emotions, clarify goals, and begin developing practical coping and decision-making skills. Many clients leave with increased self-awareness, improved emotional regulation, greater confidence, and clearer direction in both personal and career-related areas of life.
