Great to meet you!

Hi, nice to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with a heart for walking alongside others while they work through difficulties in life. I believe everyone is valuable, worthy, and deserves to have support when they need it most. I hope to give you a safe, non-judgmental environment to work through any challenges you are facing, whether that be life changes, trauma, betrayal trauma, unwanted sexual behaviors and integrity, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relationship struggles, or a need to learn and set boundaries.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In my opinion therapy is not a one-size-fits-all, allowing me to meet you where you are at. If we decide to work together, it will be a collaborative approach, which means I will work with you to ensure that your therapy experience meets your needs, while at the same time challenging you to pursue the goals we have set together. I will support your growth and use different approaches that may include a trauma-informed lens or utilizing techniques such as CBT, Strength Based, and elements of DBT and RLT.

What you can expect from our first session

Our first session will be a time that you will get to share your story and what goals you would like to achieve while in therapy. My hope is that you feel safe, comfortable, heard, and seen as you share and are vulnerable. At each session we will work together to identify and reach the goals you want in your life.
