Great to meet you!

Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to support people through some of life's most difficult times. I've worked with veterans carrying the impact of their service, individuals struggling with substance use, trauma, grief, chronic illness, depression, anxiety, as well as people who have experienced homelessness, disabilities, and many other life challenges. Each person brings a unique story, and I believe effective begins with taking the time to understand that story and the experiences that have shaped who they are.

My approach to therapy

With 20 years of behavioral health experience, I provide individualized, culturally responsive care that considers each client's background, values, strengths, and goals. I incorporate evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and other therapeutic techniques to support growth, resilience, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for support can feel difficult, whether you are seeking help for yourself, your child, or your family. I strive to create a space where every client feels heard, respected, and understood. Together, we can identify what is not working, build on your strengths, and work toward healthier patterns, stronger relationships, and meaningful change. I am currently accepting new clients and would be glad to support you as you take this next step.
