Great to meet you!

I am a mother of five grown children, Three of my own and two step. I have two grandchildren, three horses, a donkey, three dogs, two cats and thirty three chickens. I love to cook, garden and generally take care of things.

My approach to therapy

Because I became a therapist later in life I bring a lot of personal practical experience to the therapeutic relationship. I try to help my clients learn how to be authentic in relationships and how to navigate through the inevitable transitions we all encounter as part of the human experience.

What you can expect from me

I am an information seeker and I have many resources; books, podcasts etc that I freely share with my clients. Also I think therapy can be an exploration a place to experiment in a safe environment and it can also be fun.....
