Great to meet you!

I have more than 30 years of experience working with adults and adolescents in individual, couples, group and family counseling. I was trained at Columbia University School of Social Work in New York.

I provide tools to help decrease and/or alleviate and deal with painful feelings and struggles such as depression, anxiety, anger, obsessive compulsive symptoms, relationship problems, work related, transitional, and adjustment issues.

My approach to therapy

I strive to improve coping, communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution and problem solving skills and growth. I also have extensive experience working with persons who have addictions in addition to emotional and mental health issues. I have acquired amazing experience and knowledge to help people and their families who have chronic medical problems and/or terminal illnesses through my work at Hospice.

What you can expect from me

My belief is that anyone who wants to can learn, feel better, heal, and achieve their goals.

My clients describe me as a “good listener", caring, warm, non judgmental, down-to-earth, and very helpful in teaching them ways to manage their feelings and problems, and meeting their needs and goals. I provide a supportive and safe environment and use a well-rounded approach. Together we will create an individualized treatment plan to meet your needs and objectives.
