Great to meet you!

I can do the best with clients who were raised in dysfunctional families as I was and who self-medicated that feeling of not being heard, little emotional availability, the scapegoating and gaslighting that surounds you, questioning your own reality, and all the damage that can come from it. I know what it's like to be told that you "shouldn't feel or think like that" or you’re "too sensitive, too dramatic, or too deep". My specialties are SUD's (licit & illicit) c-PTSD/PTSD, Anxiety & Mood Disorders, College & Career. I am versed in various cultures & religions, specifically the Italian-American male supremacist Catholic culture.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have a diverse educational background, secular and faith based, with graduate degrees in political science, psychology and education, and four undergrad degrees in business, sociology and counseling substance use disorder. I am also a published author of books on Christian spirituality and recovery.

What you can expect from our first session

I'm an empath and found my calling to develop the gift. If you feel you are "highly sensitive and/or spiritually inclined" or enjoy learning about how changing your energy and state of mind can bring you to a higher level of consciousness, you may enjoy working with me. I am trained in integration therapy to use with psychedelics, currently working Ketamine.
