Great to meet you!

A great moment in therapy happens when I see clients making progress. I believe that everyone can reach an optimum state of health. Therapy can be successful when we work together to understand and manage the healing process and work toward the same goal.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strength-based. The relationship between patient and therapist is a collaborative effort. I employ an eclectic approach with a strong reliance on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based CBT, Brief Solution-focused, Motivational Interviewing, Group Dynamics, and Telehealth in Clinical Practice. I have served clients in multiple program settings.

What you can expect from me

I have experienced great success working with many individuals. I can help people experience the life they want through the most appropriate interventions. I offer every level of support from coaching around life issues to in-depth therapy helping people to face the traumas of their life.
