Great to meet you!

I get how overwhelming it can be to struggle through difficult situations and to reach out for help. I have experience helping people who work hard to overcome emotional, developmental, and relational traumatic life experiences. I provide a safe space for those struggling with anxiety, depression, shame, guilt, and grief. I want you to know it is possible to feel better.

A bit about my approach to therapy

We will work together to explore what you want for yourself. My approach to therapy is holistic, client-centered, and strength-based. My therapeutic modalities focus on the mind-body connection and include the Neuro-Affective Relational Model (NARM), sandtray therapy, ego-states therapy, brainspotting, and somatic experiencing. We focus on goals and what you are experiencing at the time. I hope to support you as you discuss and explore your thoughts and feelings.

What you can expect from our first session

Most people describe me as kind, calm, and empathetic. I invite you to come as you are/be your authentic self. You will have a safe place to begin exploring and processing what you are dealing with, even if you’re feeling lost now; by taking the initiative to begin therapy, you are choosing to make changes to improve your quality of life. Let's begin to address and improve your specific situation.I would love to work with you and offer a free 15-minute consultation.
