Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 18 years of experience helping individuals work through anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Clients often describe me as warm, authentic, and easy to talk to. I value building a strong therapeutic connection—without confusing jargon—so that you feel understood, respected, and supported from the start.

My approach to therapy

My approach is evidence-based, flexible, and collaborative. I draw from scientifically supported methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). That said, therapy is never one-size-fits-all—I tailor each session to your unique needs, and I’m open to incorporating more creative or nontraditional strategies when helpful.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, validated, and equipped with practical tools to manage life’s challenges more effectively. Over time, we’ll work together to shift unhelpful patterns, build emotional resilience, and reconnect you with your values and strengths. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with the life you want to live.
