Great to meet you!

Making a real change takes courage, and I know this firsthand. My own path included a career shift, moving halfway across the world, and starting a family. Eight years as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker have taught me that whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, or grief, or you feel stuck at any turning point in your life, having someone genuinely in your corner changes everything. I would love to be that for you.

My approach to therapy

In private practice, I have primarily focused on anxiety, stress, and depression, while recognizing that other concerns may be connected and important to our work. I will help you explore your strengths and build the coping skills needed for your unique challenges. You will guide the direction of therapy, and I will tailor our work to your needs. Drawing on experience with crises and creative problem-solving, I will work with you to find a path forward.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really a conversation. I want to hear what brought you here, not just the surface challenges but what is underneath them. I may ask about your background, your goals, and what feels most important to you right now. You do not need to have everything figured out. By the end, you should feel that you are working with someone who is genuinely listening, and we will have a clearer sense of where to start.
