She has worked extensively with at-risk youth, transitional aged youth, families, couples and adults utilizing a wide range of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Family Systems, as well as client-centered and insight-oriented approaches, play and art therapy.
