Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California with 6 years of experience. Over the past two years, I’ve focused on supporting women navigating stress and anxiety across postpartum, parenting, life transitions, relationships, faith, self-esteem, and trauma. I’m a person-centered therapist who truly loves the work I do, and I support individuals seeking growth by improving relationships, building self-esteem, and strengthening faith. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity for change and healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered and trauma-informed, meaning I meet you where you are with empathy, respect, and care for your unique experiences. I take a “come alongside you” approach, walking with you through challenges rather than leading or directing from a distance. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space where you can process, heal, and grow at your own pace. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and I’m here to support and guide you along the way.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation for our work together. We'll review your history, explore what's bringing you to therapy, and start discussing your goals and expectations. This session is just an introduction—there's no pressure to cover everything right away.
