Great to meet you!

Counseling is a highly personalized journey where listening and responding to your unique needs is key. With over 30 years of experience across all age groups, I specialize in empowering you to recognize and utilize your strengths for positive progress. My expertise spans depression, anxiety, trauma, anger management, family dynamics, and grief. I look forward to collaborating with you on meaningful change.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach therapy with a foundation in Mental Health Counseling, holding a Master's Degree from Florida Atlantic University. My journey began in adolescent addictions, evolving into in-home therapy and youth partial care programs. As an Outpatient Director, I transitioned to private practice in 2019, specializing in trauma among adults and adolescents. My therapeutic approach encompasses diverse issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship dynamics, and anger management.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe each person needs individualized care that allows them to be heard and to work on goals they choose that will allow them to move forward in life. I have a strong background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which allows for support as well as action to help make changes. Clients will feel heard and supported as well as receive individualized treatment tailored to each person's needs.
