Great to meet you!

I am Sandra Lerzundy‐Price, LMFT, a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Director dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families create meaningful, lasting change. My work is grounded in systemic thinking and a holistic view of wellbeing — honoring the integration of body, soul, mind, and spirit.

With over a decade of experience across private practice, outpatient, inpatient, and high‐acuity behavioral health settings, I offer a steady, restorative, and collaborative therapeutic space. I believe therapy helps us understand the “dance” we’ve been doing — the patterns, roles, and reactions that shape our relationships — and supports us in creating new ways of relating that foster connection, clarity, healing and growth.

As a couples therapist, I help partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, deepen emotional intimacy, and interrupt conflict cycles. I draw from the Gottman Method, Prepare/Enrich, attachment‐based work, and systemic relational models to help couples build healthier patterns and a stronger foundation.

I also treat anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, chronic conditions, family issues, grief and bereavement, infertility, PTSD, trauma, stress management, relationship concerns, and life‐cycle transitions. My approach integrates systemic, person centered models, CBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), EMDR‐informed principles, Structural Family Therapy, DBT‐informed strategies, and somatic awareness practices to support the whole person.

At Restorative Therapy Services, I provide in‐person and telehealth appointments for teens, adults, couples, and families. I am committed to helping clients feel understood, supported, and empowered as they move toward healing, resilience, and deeper connection.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is an exercise of compassion, discovery and challenge. My work aims to foster spiritual, mental, emotional, physical, and relational growth through a variety of effective therapeutic approaches. As humans we all confront life’s complex realities and often need wisdom, guidance, and direction to bring about healing and wellbeing. As my calling, I am passionate about helping people find restoration, resolution, balance and wholeness. My experience with seeing the benefits of successful therapy leaves me with high hopes that anyone can grow, heal, and flourish as a result of the process.
