Great to meet you!

I work with adults—especially women and first-generation folks—who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained by anxiety, stress, burnout, and big life changes. Many of the people I see look “together” on the outside but feel anything but calm inside. With over 7 years of clinical experience, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and find practical tools so you can feel more grounded, confident, and supported in your day-to-day life. I also honor the role that spirituality, faith, and personal values can play in healing, and I welcome those conversations whenever they feel meaningful for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to what you need most. I use evidence-based tools like cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and strength-based strategies to help you understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns while building skills you can actually use between sessions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll simply focus on getting to know each other and what’s bringing you in. You can share at your own pace in a calm, non-judgmental space. Together, we’ll start clarifying your goals and creating a path forward that feels realistic, supportive, and aligned with the life you want to build.
