I would be honored to help you navigate your life challenges. I have worked with many adults who are experiencing caring for loved ones, life changes in residence, health and circumstances, as well as those coping with the changes that getting older bring. Many individuals are overwhelmed by these issues and are having a difficult time finding a "new normal."

I have 30 plus years of behavioral healthcare experience. I like to tailor my approach to meet each individual with his or her needs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I will ask many questions and collect information up front. This gives me a good snapshot of where you are and some idea of things to try. I am a firm believer of trying different modalities to see what is the best fit. One size doesn't fit all.
