Great to meet you!

Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.

If you’ve been feeling stressed, anxious, or simply not like yourself lately, please know you’re not alone. You’ve taken an important step just by being here — and I’m honored to support you on your journey toward healing and balance.

I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of San Francisco and am a Dual Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) — as both a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of settings — including inpatient psychiatry, outpatient clinics, intensive outpatient programs, telehealth, and mental health diversion programs. I’ve had the privilege of caring for individuals across the lifespan, from children and adolescents to adults and older adults.

My approach to therapy

My practice is dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of individuals across the lifespan. With more than 18 years of experience in diverse clinical settings, I bring a holistic, patient-centered approach that respects each person’s unique story, needs, and goals.

Drawing on advanced training and evidence-based care, I strive to provide treatment that is both comprehensive and compassionate — helping you achieve balance, healing, and lasting wellness.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect an open and supportive space for conversation — where your voice matters, and your care is guided by respect, trust, and collaboration. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, valued, and comfortable as we begin working together on your path toward wellness.

Together, we’ll care for your whole self — mind, body, and spirit — so you can reconnect with your inner strength and move forward with greater peace and clarity.
