Great to meet you!

Finding a good fit when seeking therapy is important, so allow me to introduce myself! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience working with clients with various presenting concerns. I currently work with adults and my practice is LGBTQ+ affirming. I view therapy as a conversation and look forward to talking with you!

My approach to therapy

Building a strong therapeutic relationship is the basis of my work with clients. In terms of goals and outcomes, we identify those collaboratively beginning with your new client paperwork. Your expectations of the process formulate the work that we do, both in and outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

From the first visit, I hope that you leave feeling heard, affirmed and supported. I attempt to make virtual sessions as warm and comfortable as in-office visits from the safety of your own space.
