Sandra Persaud Tellini

I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor with a passion for helping individuals and families experience healing, growth, and restoration. My own journey through brokenness and redemption in Jesus Christ deeply shapes my work, allowing me to approach counseling without judgment; rather with compassion, humility, and purpose. I believe that when individuals desire wholeness, they can find the strength to gain insights to heal from past wounds, and rewrite the narrative of their lives.

I am an active member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and serve a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have extensive experience working with women in crisis and have facilitated groups addressing the emotional impact of past abortions, early childhood sexual abuse, rape, and depression and the changes that heal.

In addition to counseling, I enjoy mentoring and encouraging youth to reach their full potential. I also conduct workshops and accept speaking engagements throughout Florida.

My counseling approach is eclectic and individualized, thoughtfully tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I welcome clients of all faith backgrounds, with a particular emphasis on supporting those who wish to integrate their Christian faith into the counseling process.

Our first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you. My goal is to get to understand you, build trust, and to discuss your therapeutic goals. As your therapist I want to be forthcoming with you-- therefore, I will be asking questions about your personal history, your current concerns, and what you hope we will achieve together through this counseling journey, in order to assist you with achieving your goals.
