Great to meet you!

Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting. I am so glad you have taken this step. I work to provide a safe place to help you feel heard, understood and safe. My goal is to create a relationship with you, where you can bring your whole self. The parts that feel strong, the parts you struggle with and the parts that might make you feel shame or judgement.

As a licensed clinical social worker I have over 20 years experience working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, post partum mood disorders, and medical trauma. I love working with individuals facing major life changes and chronic stress, and grief and loss.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma informed, holistic and collaborative. I draw from multiple evidence based therapies including CBT, ACT, psychodynamic, mindfulness and other trauma informed interventions. Rather than offering a offering one-size fits all solutions, I work alongside you to understand your experiences, identify unhelpful patterns, build coping skills and help you reconnect with your life.

What you can expect from me

Many of my clients tell me they appreciate my authenticity, professional expertise, and deep insights. Therapy is not about fixing you-its about helping you make sense of your experiences, develop resilience and move toward a life that feels meaningful and aligned with who you want to be. Perhaps your life experiences feel so profound you have wondered if you are permanently broken. Healing and hope are possible. I am holding space for you and believing it until you can believe it yourself.
