Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has dedicated my career to helping people reconnect with their most authentic selves. I use evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)—to support meaningful and lasting change.

Clients often tell me that my greatest strength is my ability to genuinely connect. I aim to hold space for your full, complex self while offering guidance that feels compassionate, collaborative, and attuned to your needs. My hope is that you’ll feel seen, safe, and supported from the moment we begin working together.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I work with individuals who are ready to step into their lives with greater clarity, presence, and self-compassion. In our sessions, you can expect a thoughtful blend of practical skills, mindful awareness, and evidence-based strategies—always tailored to what feels most helpful for you.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a partnership where we work together to understand what you’re experiencing and what you need to move forward. My approach is gentle but practical—I want you to feel supported, but also empowered with tools you can use in your day-to-day life. You can expect a space where curiosity is encouraged, self-compassion is nurtured, and your lived experience is honored. My goal is to help you make sense of what’s happening internally, understand the “why” beneath your struggles, and create tangible changes that feel attainable and meaningful.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know your history and what brought you in. I’ll ask gentle, guided questions to understand your needs, and together we’ll begin setting clear, meaningful goals for our work. You can expect a warm, supportive space where you feel heard and leave with a sense of direction for the path ahead.
