Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist based in Orange County, California with over 25 years of experience in the field. With a Master's degree from the University of South California, I am a specialist in helping individuals navigate mild to moderate depression and anxiety. With an approach that combines practical tools and a renewed mind set, I have helped many with anxiety and mood disorders, persistent depression, and lack of self regulation.

My approach to therapy

My primary focus is on cognitive behavioral therapy and an extremely personal approach. I tailor each session to your specific needs and, when appropriate, incorporate additional therapeutic approaches such as emotion regulation, and structured frameworks. It is my goal to best support your growth and progress in overcoming life's struggles to feel your best.

What you can expect from me

In our first session you will learn that I am a warm and accepting person, with a personal approach to better understand your specific needs. We will design a plan that best works for you, including supportive feedback combined with evidence based strategies to help you heal and improve your life.
