Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, or struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, substance use concerns, or difficult life transitions. If you're feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to begin, you're not alone.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a compassionate, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. Clients often describe me as genuine, easy to talk to, and deeply supportive. Together, we'll identify your strengths, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change that aligns with your values and goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, strengths-based, and individualized. Every person brings unique experiences, values, and challenges, so I tailor treatment to meet your specific needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel respected and comfortable being yourself.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Together, we'll focus on building practical tools that foster resilience, healing, and lasting personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and explore what brought you to therapy. We'll discuss your current concerns, clarify what you hope to gain from counseling, and begin developing goals that feel realistic and meaningful to you.

As we work together, you can expect compassion, collaboration, and practical support. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self while gaining the confidence, insight, and skills needed to move forward with greater clarity and well-being.
