Great to meet you!

"So many of us go through life with our stories hidden, feeling ashamed or afraid when our whole truth doesn't live up to some established ideal... That is, until someone dares to start telling that story differently"

Michelle Obama

Courage is telling your story. I began my social work journey 16 years ago. I have a wealth of knowledge and understanding to an array of challenges in working with children, adults, and families.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness.

With our time together, we will be focusing on the whole person and environment in which you exist. Together we will develop an individualized treatment plan and I will be there to support and aide you to achieve your goals.

What you can expect from me

Meaningful connection with oneself and in our relationships has shown to be the desire of humanity. I believe that vulnerability manifests courage to overcome hard things.

I work in partnership with you toward the goal of striving to be the best version of yourself. I believe that a safe non-judgmental space that allows you to be vulnerable, explore their inner self and grow into the person you want to be.
