Great to meet you!

I am a LPC who works with adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented. I believe therapy should be a safe space to process challenges, build coping skills, and improve overall emotional well-being while working toward lasting personal growth. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, strengths-based therapy, and person-centered interventions tailored to each client's individual needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment during our first session. We will spend time discussing what has brought them to therapy, current challenges they may be experiencing, and the goals they hope to work toward. I understand that starting therapy can feel uncomfortable or overwhelming, so I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and able to move at their own pace.
