Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient settings. I trained at Texas Tech University and completed my internship at Louisiana State University Health New Orleans and my post-doctoral fellowship at the Menninger Clinic. I specialize in treating adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma and am passionate about helping teenagers and adults. I also have a special interest in helping people who are struggling with infertility.

My approach to therapy

My approach in therapy is to collaboratively meet each person where they are and empower them to meet their therapeutic goals by providing a safe and compassionate place to open up and to share what keeps them feeling stuck. Many people want to learn specific skills (e.g., CBT) or need a place to talk about their struggles or want some mix of both. I use evidence-based practices in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma and often view situations through an attachment lens.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that each of my clients walks away feeling supported and empowered after each session with a clear idea of what they can do next. I also want clients to know that I am open to feedback about what they need in their journey.
