Great to meet you!

Hello, I look forward to meeting you and working with you to support your personal growth and development. That is the goal. As we do this, we will investigate barriers to this growth journey which each of us have, and together build a roadmap to, manage and move past them. These barriers could be feelings of anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, grief, feeling stuck, understanding your potential.

I know what it feels like to feel alone, stuck in life, and anxious, depressed and "going through it". I have been there and now I have the ability to be there with you.

My approach to therapy

I have a doctorate in Psychology and am licensed in the State of California.

I returned to school at 55 years old and believe that my life experience before and after earning my degree has greatly contributed to my ability to understand my client and meeting them where they are at. nd work with my client.

I also work with incarcerated persons in California and have learned and been inspired by them in my work and life.

My focus is on depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, personal growth and development.

What you can expect from me

My client can expect that I will have empathy, that I will listen to you, and that I value you as a unique individual unlike any other person. I am warm, I have a sense of humor, and I offer you total respect.
