Great to meet you!

Hello/Hola , thank you for making the first move of getting help. As a bilingual Hispanic, I have over 20 years of experience working with youth, family issues and members of the LGBTQ community. I have worked in schools and juvenile justice system. I look forward in helping individuals self discover their own strengths to cope with what life throws at them.

My approach to therapy

I tend to use an eclectic of approaches to therapy, from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to Solution Focused Therapy but most importantly I use motivational interviewing to bring out their own strengths to focus on how to cope and finding their own solutions. I also use play and art therapy with our little ones.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel a sense of self-empowerment after our session.
