Great to meet you!
Hi, I'm Sandra Williams and I'm really glad you're here. I know starting therapy (or restarting it) can be a vulnerable step, so I want to share a bit about myself to help you feel more comfortable.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and emotion regulation techniques. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, chronic illness, grief, life transitions, and identity exploration.
I’ve supported diverse populations, including young adults, parents, first responders, LGBTQ+ clients, and those coping with caregiver fatigue or attachment-related wounds. My approach is collaborative and grounded in compassion—therapy with me often includes humor, curiosity, and helping you reconnect with your own strength and clarity.
Outside of sessions, I understand what it’s like to juggle real-life stress, messy emotions, and the desire to do it all “right.” Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you feel seen, supported, and equipped to live more fully.
If you're ready to begin (or just exploring), I’m here to meet you where you are.
.
