My approach to therapy
I graduated from from Columbia University with Master in Social work and additional Training working with Adolescents and Geriatric from NYU. I teach Mindfulness and CBT Therapy most of the time.
What you can expect from me
I would hope that they learn how to mange their symptoms better and how to mange their disease process efficiently. Learning Exposure therapy will make all patients independent of therapy as well.
